Fiona is the founder of Carve, a series of live digital courses that help executive assistants learn AI, create capacity, and evolve into strategic partners—carving out their own career growth along the way. Before launching Carve, she spent more than 15,000 hours redefining modern digital learning, leading high-impact programs at Hive Learning for a wide range of corporate clients. She also headed learning and development at Blenheim Chalcot, one of the world’s most successful venture builders, where she oversaw learning strategy and programs for 3,000 people across 25 ventures.
Fiona began her career as an executive assistant in venture capital after earning a degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Californian by birth but a Londoner by choice, she can usually be found roaming Hyde Park or eating her way through the city’s endless restaurant scene.
